When will my order ship?
Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental US.
What is your return policy for apparel and equipment?
We accept returns on unworn, unwashed apparel and unused equipment within 30 days of purchase. Items must have original tags attached. Please note that digital subscriptions and final sale items are non-refundable.
How do I care for my barre3 props and weights?
To maintain the longevity of your equipment, wipe down your core ball and weights with a damp cloth and mild soap after each use. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners that could damage the surface.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to the United States and Canada. Shipping rates and delivery timelines for international orders are calculated at checkout based on your specific location and local customs regulations.
Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
Because we aim to process orders as quickly as possible, we have a very limited window for changes. Please contact our support team immediately, and we will do our best to assist you before the order reaches our warehouse.
