We want you to love your barre3 gear as much as your workout, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn, unwashed items. Returns are processed quickly to ensure you can get back to your practice without any stress.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print and Pack

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, then securely package your items in their original packaging if possible.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location listed on your return label to begin the transit process.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned gear, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
